Can I edit my breakout room settings once I have set my rooms?
Yes, your breakout rooms configurations are very flexible and can be changed on the fly, even during your live event.
EventBookings understands that breaking rooms need to be edited for various reasons, even while your event is going live.
There might be last minute ticket purchases, rooms might need to be added or deleted or breakout rooms might need to be rescheduled.
Hence, for your convenience all your breakout room settings remain enabled from the moment you create your until you start your breakout rooms.
To change your breakout room settings post creating your rooms, go to your Breakout Room tab and then select the Change Settings button.
You should find the settings screen again.
From here, you should be able to change all the pre-set conditions according to your needs.
Once you are done, please click on Update Settings button to change into your new settings.
If you need to change the settings after you have started your breakout room, then you must close the current breakout rooms by clicking on the Close Breakout Room button and return to this page first to access your settings again.
But please remember once your event ends, your breakout room configurations freezes and you can no longer configure them anymore.
