How can I change my email preferences?
EventBookings understands and values customer preferences and let's the organiser customise which notifications they would want to receive.
In order to change or set your email preferences, please follow the following steps:
- Sign into your EventBookings account.
- Once on your homepage, go to the Settings tab.
- The first block should be the Email Preferences block.
Here, the following notifications can be set:
- Recieve order confirmation - keep this notification enabled to get emails every time you purchase a ticket to an event.
- Recieve communication from event organisers for my purchased events - enabling this will allow organisers whose event you are attending to be able to communicate with you
- Receive event invitations from event organisers sent to my email address - enabling this will allow organisers to send you event invitations to your email address
- Receive reminders from EventBookings for my purchased events - keep this enabled to receive reminder emails from EventBookings regarding the events you purchased
- Receive critical notifications on EventBookings service status and product updates - enable this to receive a notification about our latest feature updates and get the premium experience first hand
- Receive newsletters from EventBookings with general and other information - enable this to receive monthly newsletters from EventBookings
- Receive notification when someone follows me - keep this enabled to receive notifications when someone starts following you
- Receive notifications when someone shares my events - keep this enabled to recieve notifications when someone shares your event on their feed
- Receive notifications on review related activites - keep this enabled to receive notifications when someone leaves a review on your event or interacts on your review posts.
