How can I refund my attendees?

Refunding attendees is often times a necessity while hosting events for various circumstances.
Hence, EventBookings has made it very easy for organisers to refund their attendees.


In order to refund your clients, please follow the following procedures:
  1. Sign into your EventBookings Account.
  2. Head over to your organisation dashboard.



  3. From your organisation dashboard, go to the Reports section.



  4. Here, click on the order you want to refund.
    This should take you to the order page.




  5. Click on the cancel button to first cancel the order.
  6. Clicking on cancel will load an pop-up asking you to refund the order in full.
    If you are sure you want to refund, then please click on Confirm Cancel to proceed cancelling the order and refund the order fully.



  7. Once the refund has been processed, you should get a success message confirming the refund and cancellation, along with the refund summary table on top of the order.
