How do I build my own attendee details form?

In order to build your own attendee form, please follow these simple steps:
  1. From your event dashboard, select the More Options tab and enable the toggle for attendee details.
    If you do not know, how to find your event dashboard, please click here.



    This should bring an Attendee Details tab on the left side menu.

  2. Go to the Attendee Details tab shown, to start editing your default attendee form.



  3. Here, click on the Edit Form button to start editing the default attendee details form.
    This should lead you to the following screen.



  4. The above screen should show you the preview of the default form. You can also scroll down to select more templates and see their preview. Or you can select to start from scratch by clicking on the Select From Scratch option. Once you have decided on your option, click on Continue.



  5. Clicking on Continue, should lead you to the editor panel.
    You can use the elements tab to drag a question component onto the editor panel.


  6. You can also click on the editor button, to reveal the properties of the question component. Here, you can set if you want your question to be mandatory, copy the same question box, drag its position or delete it entirely.



    additionally, if you add question components that requires you to give options you will get the chance to add the options in the editing option.



  7. Once you are happy with your form, just click on Save to return to the main screen with a confirmation message.

  8. Finally, enable the toggle to activate the form and show this to your attendees  while they book your tickets.

Alternatively, if you want to delete this form entirely, just click on the Delete button from the three dot button to add a new custom form.
