Publishing your first event requires you to meet some conditions, but once you check all the boxes, publishing your events is literally a single click action.
In order to publish your first event, there are certain criterias that you need to meet.
These are as follows:
1. Verifying your email address: If you had not verified your email during the sign up process, the overview page of your unpublished event would look like this and ask you to verify your email.
2. Completing your organisation profile: If your organisation profile is not complete, you will see the following screen asking you to complete your organisation profile.
Clicking on click here should reveal a pop-up form asking you to provide the following information:
- Name - will already be pre-populated but can be altered
- Email address - will already be pre-populated but can be altered
- Phone number
- A physical address
Click on Update to update your profile and then your event will get published directly.
For residents outside of Australia:
If you are currently residing outside Australia while creating your first event, we will need you to connect your Stripe account with us first before you can complete your organisation profile and publish your first event.
You will see the following screen while publishing your event and then clicking on Click here will reveal a window where you will get the option to connect your Stripe account.
Click on Connect to Stripe to access this pop-up and start connecting with your Stripe account.
We would also require you to provide us with your credit card information before publishing your event. While publishing your event is absolutely free of cost, however, when you start selling tickets and generating revenue, your credit card will be charged with our service charge.
