How do I respond to a refund request from my attendee?

If you have received refund requests from your attendees, and would like to proceed to refund them their tickets, please follow the following procedures:

  1. Sign into your EventBookings account.
  2. Head over to your organisation dashboard.
    If you do not know where to find your organisation dashboard, please click here.
  3. From your organisation dashboard, go to the Reports section from the left side menu panel.

  4. On the reports section, you will see that the status of the orders are mentioned.
    Thus for refunded tickets you will see a Refund status, while for orders requesting for refunds will have Refund Requested status.
    Click on the orders for whom, you would like to process the refunds. This will lead you to the order details page for that order.



  5. On this page, click on the Refund button to start the refund process.



  6. The refund button should show you a pop-up asking for the refund amount and any note (if you want to add any).



  7. Now click on Submit to complete the refund process.
Once done, you should be able to see a success message, and the status of the ticket would be changed to Refunded.
