How to manage your organisation as an administrator?
Administrators act as a representers of the organiser and helps them organise their events.
To accept your invitation as an administrator, please follow the following steps:
In order to be an administrator at an event on EventBookings, you must be invited by the organiser of the event.
To accept your invitation as an administrator, please follow the following steps:
- Open the administrator invitation email.
- Click on the Accept Invitation button.
- This should lead you to the Accept Invitation page.
- Clicking on accept will now take you to the Organisation Dashboard of your new administrative account.
Please note, if you were not signed in then you will be asked to sign in or sign up and verify your new account on EventBookings.
Once on the organisation dashboard, you will notice it says 'I am an Administrator'.
Please note, for your own organisations, it should say 'My Organisation'.
As an administrator, you will have access to all the activity of the organisations including:
- create events under that organisation
- control promotion, get insights and track ticket sales
- manage attendee lists
- invite guests and send booking invitations to suggested attendees
