How to utilise the More Options section of the event creation process?

Our More Sections page gives you the advantage to add extra features to your event.

EventBookings realises that for each organiser their needs for their separate events could be different.
Hence, our More Options section is solely designed to give you the flexibility to enable only the features, you would be required for your event. Or if you do not need them, simply keep them disabled and no extra configuration required.

In order to access the More Options panel, please head over to your event dashboard.
If you do not know how to access your event dashboard, please click here.

In this page, you can enable the features you would like to add to your event. By enabling the slider, a respective tab is added to the left side menu.
You can then go to the respective tab and then configure the feature yourself.

You will find the following features in the More Options section:
  1. Sessions - you can enable this if you want to add sessions to your event.
  2. Collect attendee information - enable this if you want to build a form to collect information from each of your attendees.
  3. Surveys - you can enable this if you want to build your surveys for your attendees
  4. Breakout Rooms - you can enable this if you want to enable breakout rooms for your online event
  5. Speakers - you can enable this if you want to add speakers to your online event
  6. Invite only events - you can enable this if you want to restrict your event to only people you invite.
In addition to this, if you are creating an online event, you will also find the follwing settings for your event:

Here you can enable the following settings if you want to:
  1. Enter your event with your camera off.
  2. Enter your event with your microphone off.
  3. Allow your attendees and guests to interact using the chat function during the event.
  4. Allow your attendees and guests to have permission to unmute themselves during the event.
