Image Dimensions in EventBookings

EventBookings offers its organisers multiple places to upload pictures to enhance their event and profiles.
This article represents some best facts you should know before uploading your picture, to ensure that you get the best out of our platform.

In general for all our images, these certain points should be kept in mind:
  1. Our supported formats include .png, .jpg, and .jpeg
  2. The maximum image size throughout our platform is 25 MB.
    Please ensure that your required image size is below 25 MB to avoid getting errors during uploading your image.
  3. If your event or sessions banners, or speaker images exceeds the above limit of 25 MB, please resize your picture first and then upload it.
    You can use any online image size convertor for this, such as this: https://picresize.com/
  4. Our banner image shapes vary from a rectangle to a square, depending on the number of images you upload (read in more details below).
    Thus, we highly recommend you to keep your key information to be displayed at the center of the image to avoid it from getting hidden in default mode.
  5. It is always best practise to keep the picture size as small as possible (while keeping the quality in mind) to decrease the loading time of your event details page or profile. This will help attendees, speakers or guests with poor internet connection to still be able to load these pages quickly.
Event Banner Images:
For your event banners you can upload up to 5 pictures to make your event details page as appealing and attractive as possible.
Below are the possible recommended sizes, you can upload to ensure best visuals:
  1. Maximum size for the event banner = 1250 X 572 with an aspect ratio of 2.2:1 (applicable for a single image banner)
  2. Minumum size for the event banner = 315x 256 with an aspect ratio of 1.2 :1 (applicable for the smallest image for a 5 image banner)
  3. Used in: Event details page, and the largest (or first image) in case of the multiple image event banner is used as a thumbnail in our website, all types of email communication (such as order confirmation, event reminder, campaign emails etc.)

Account Display Picture:
  1. Recommended size: 300 X 300 with an aspect ratio of 1:1
  2. Used in: user profile, as a display picture of your account

Organisation Display Picture:
  1. Recommended size: 300 X 300 with an aspect ratio of 1:1
  2. Used in: organisation profile, event details page (as your organisation logo), organisation section of your EventBookings account
Session Banner:
  1. Recommended size: 265 X 240 with an aspect ratio of 1.1:1
  2. Used in: event details page (under event banner)
Speaker Image:
  1. Recommended size: 265 X 240 with an aspect ratio of 1.1:1
  2. Used in: event details page (under event banner)
