What are these contact lists that I find inside my account?
If you head over to your organisation dashboard, and select the Contact Lists tab, you will first see the following view:
On this screen, you will find a list of previously created contact lists which will be of two types:
- System Generated - these are contact lists which are populated by the system and updated when their conditions are satisfied.
These will be already listed on the cards. - Non - system generated - these are contact lists which have to be populated by the organiser when required.
The following are the lists that you will already find in your account:
People I exclude from my email campaigns - this contact list will include all the attendees or users you do not want to send your campaign emails to
People who are following my organisation - this contact list will be populated instantly with all the users who start following you
People who saved any of my events - this contact list will be populated instantly with all the users who saves your events
People who purchased ticket for any of my events - this contact list will be populated instantly with all the users who buys tickets for your event
People added as attendee for any of my events - this contact list will be populated instantly with all the users who have been added as an attendee
People added as speaker for any of my events - this contact list will be populated instantly with all the users who you have added as a speaker
People added as guest for any of my events - this contact list will be populated instantly with all the users who you have added as a guest
