What is the difference between attendee details and booking details?
EventBookings gives you the flexibility to customise your event's booking procedure.
By default our booking process involves asking questions such as the attendee's address and card credentials but if you want you can add two more sections to the booking process, called the attendee details and booking details.
- Attendee details: These are questions that you set up for each of your attendees and this has to be filled by each one of your attendees, even if one person buys multiple tickets.
This is a premium feature and the organiser must have a premium subscription in order to use this feature.
Examples of attendee detail questions: Do you have any medical conditions? Would you prefer fish or meat in the main course etc.

- Booking details: There are questions that you set up that are not required to be filled by each attendee i.e. they only need to be filled once while a ticket is booked.
This is our premium add-ons feature which means the organiser will need a premium subscription and buy the add-ons feature seperately to use this.
Examples of booking detail questions: How did you hear about this event? How would you rate this booking experience?

Thus, if you set up an event with both attendee and booking details, and say a customer buys 10 tickets at once, he will only need to enter the booking details questionairre once but he will fill the attendee details questionairre for each of the tickets he booked!
