Why am I seeing these questions in the first step of my venue event creation?

In the first step of the venue event creation, we ask you to select preferences for your event's ticket. While it may seem a little confusing at the time of selection, but it all comes together in the ticket creation form.
Read more to understand how.

In the second step of venue event creation, we ask you to add tickets to your event.
We offer two types of tickets:
  1. Single Tickets, whose form looks like this:
  2. Group tickets which has a basic form like this:
Now, coming to the questions in the first stage, here is how they impact this ticket creation form:
  1. Do you want to limit the total number of tickets? - this will create a separate field on the form called Total Tickets where you can limit the number of tickets available for your event.
  2. Do you want to limit the number of tickets each attendee can buy?- this will create a separate field on the form called Maximum Ticket per Customer where you can limit the number of tickets each customer can book for the event.
  3. Do you want to offer an early bird discount for attendees? - this will create a separate section on the form called Early Bird Discount where you can set the discount amount and date to offer discounts.
To know more about early discount, click here.
  4. Do you want to forward your EventBookings service charge to your attendees? - this will add our service charges to your ticket price and hence it will be paid by the attendees. If you do not enable it, the service charge will be taken from your ticket revenue.
To know more about our service charges, click here.
Just as a reference, this is how your ticket creation form will be if you enable all the options.

So select the options you require and customise your ticket form in accordance to your preference!
